Event Federation

Over a year ago we published FEP-8a8e to provide a basic guidance on how to use how to use the Event object in ActivityPub in order to mitigate issues in federation. Over the course of the last year I realised that some of its ideas and concepts are perhaps too specific to be included, and others should be generalized, because other object types might want similar features.
Today I published two new FEPs.
FEP-8a8e will be updated in the next days, to take into account the results of the session at last years FOSDEM and open issues.
The FEP for recurring events is still a work-in-progress, I need a quiet day to read through the drafts carefully again, before I feel comfortable sharing them.
